More about my SPEECH!!
Hey everyone. I have an "ok" day. It has been extremely cold and it's rained a lot, too. And on top of all of that, it's been windy all day, meaning, it feels colder than it really it.Well, I have my speech almost put together. I'm starting to get nervous about the time limit thing. I have to do a 4 minute speech and I only have 30 seconds to go over or under. EEK! I will do ok, I'll just be a little nervous.
Well, I found out yesterday that my mentor for my senior project has to have a criminal background check b/c I will be working with him one on one with NO ONE around. My mentor is my pastor, so I don't think that it's possible to have anyone around when we are working. These people seem to think that he's going to kill me or rape me. I have news for them, I have stayed at Josh's house TONS of times before. I am extremely close to my pastor and his wife, so I stay at their house a lot. He's family. If he was going to do anything to me, he would have already done something. UGH!! I hate my school. They are SO stupid!
Well, I have my senior project almost all figured out. I'll elaborate about it more tomorrow, but right now, I need to go work on my speech some more! Gotta run!!

wow..i know how difficult it can be to have to stick to a time when it comes to giving speeches, but you'll be fine with practise, girl :)
Wow, the mentors have to go thru criminal background checks..it's a good thing though..you can never be too careful, although i'm sure your pastor is a wonderful person..just in general, it seems to make sense.
